I'm not too familiar with this but the first two that come to mind are your hamstrings and your gluteus maximus (aka your butt)!.

You can do a couple of exercises for this!. If you have a barbell at home or you go to the gym you can do some things like:

Squats
Deadlifts
Romanian Deadlifts
Stiff legged dead lifts
leg curls

Your calves will have a much easier time adapting because you are CONSTANTLY putting stress on them all day long when you walk (even though you don;t feel it) or in this case run!.

Coming from someone who played football and had to run gassers, sprints, suicides like crazy 6 days a week (not by choice if you're wondering!.!.!.) that your hams, ***, and eventually calves will KILL if they aren't already used to the stressWww@Answer-Health@Com

for soccer im thinking you should be working out your legs!. the muscles in your legs you should be concerned about are your quadriceps(front thigh), hamstring(behind quads), gluteus maximus(butt), anbd most importantly your gastrocnemeus or your calves area!. some good excercises for your quads are leg raises!. a good workout for your quads and glutes is doing leg press!. and a good workout for your calves are calf raises!. you gotta have strong calves to be a soccer player!. also remember to do lots of squats and lunges!. they are great resistance workouts that work your whole leg!. i would also think you should have some upper body strength!. i would bench to work your chest and do lat pull down to work your lats or your back!. doing dips on a dip bar is a good way to tone your chest and back!. also remember to stretch alot before workouts since youre a soccer player and you need your legs to be working for so long!. hope i helped and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Every muscle in your legs!. Run, dance, jog!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
