Question: Is 1lb!. of weightloss per week healthy!? !?
I am losing only one pound per week!. It is such a slow process!. I get so discouraged sometimes, I have lost 29lbs!. so far!. I am watching what I eat and exercising!. Is one pound loss good or should I be losing more!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are right on track, and will be more likely to keep that weight off than folks who opt for extreme crash diets that drop weight quickly!.
You are likely to hit a "plateau" at some point, but don't get discouraged, keep doing what you are doing it seems to be working for you!. no 1lb a week is exactly what you should be losing!. that is the healthy amount of weight to lose!. typically people who lose a bunch of weight all at once are just losing water weight and then it slows down from there!. just keep it up (dieting and exercising) and you will definitely hit your ideal weight even if it is slowly!. congrats btw on losing 29 lbs!Www@Answer-Health@Com
