Everyone is wrong and merely giving generic answers!.
To accurately determine how much water you need a day you need to work that according to your body weight!. Height is irrelevant!.
So it's 0!.6 ounces of water per lb of bodyweight!.
So you weigh 182!.98lb (83 x 2!.2045)
0!.6 ounces times 182!.98 = 109!.79 ounces of water per day!.
That means you need 3!.25 litres a day!.
That is baseline!. If you exercise then you need about 250ml per 15 minutes of training!.
I know it sound like alot but think of it this way!. If you drink 250ml of water every hour for 14 hours then that's 3!.5 litres!.
This is what to do!.
Drink 2 glasses when you wake up to rehydrate yourself after 8 hours without water!. Have 1 glass before during and after every meal!. If they are 250ml glasses then you have already had 11 glasses/2,75litres!.
You only have 500ml left!. Have a glass between breakfat and lunch and one between lunch and dinner and you're done!.
So in future just multiply your weight in kg by 109!.78ml and you'll have the perfect amount!.
By the way healthy kidneys can process up to 15 litres of water a day!. That would be an issue over an extended period!. Anything under 10 litres a day would be safe for any period of time!.

It depends upon your weight!.Imagine if you are 75 kgs!.You will have to drink atleast 8 cups water per day!.2 in the morning!.2 in the afternoon !.2in the evening and 2 in the night!.You should drink plenty of water bcs you will feel fresh and you will be energetic!.Remember water is the main source for your body!.The more water yo drink the better it will be!.Best of luck and regards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The recommended minimum is 8 glasses per day!. Drinks with caffeine are dehydrating, so if you drink a cup of coffee, you have to drink another glass of water to make up for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
