Breakfast-Jelly (low cal) - 9 cals
Lunch-N/A
Dinner - French Fries/Sasuge/Peas- 400 ish cals (i have no idea it an estimate)
Snacks- 2 Mini Milks (60 cals)
and a small amount of chocalte milk (30 ish cals)
I know it was unhealthy

No!. You did not eat enough!. According to your post you ate approximately 500 calories whilst the recommended daily intake for men is 2500 calories!. Even if you are trying to lose weight, you need to eat more than you currently are!.
However, perhaps more worrying is the actual foods you are eating!. The majority of these foods have very little nutritional value!. Even though you say you know this was unhealthy, if it is a regular thing then you will need to make some serious changes!. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for some serious health problems in the future!. If anything I would recommend that you eat more regularly and try to make sure each meal is rich in fibre, protein and also has adequate amounts of healthy fats and carbohydrates!. For the snacks try and substitute the mini-milks and chocolate milk for fruits!. This should allow you to satisfy your sweet tooth whilst also getting some valuable vitamins and fibre!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfeast:2 pieces of toast with butter and jelly,2 eggs,orange or some kind of juice or reg!. milk
Lunch:ham/turkey,cheese and manase sandwitch,sweet tea,and a fruit!.
Dinner:steak with a side of mash potatos,mac and cheese and a vegtible!.
if your hungry between lunch and dinner eat a fruit,chips,bread,popcorn etc!.

No where near enough, you should be eating about 1800 calories per day if you are trying to lose weight!. If you want to lose weight, do it healthily with exercise and eat food that aid weight loss and cut out a lot of the 'bad' carbs!.
If you carry on the way you are going your body will eat into your muscle making you weak and open to disease!. You will also start to lose your hair and your heart will be under strain because you will mess up the salt/sugar levels in your blood stream!.

I am to mad!. I wish I was 105 no 117!. Anyway, if you want to check the calories go to the slim fast web sight, it's better than the alli web, and it is free to have an account!. It tracks the nutritional value of all the food you eat and if you do see it you can add the nutritional value of it!. You can also log your exercise and a bunch of other stuff!. That's how I check my salt, fat and calories!. Sometime you think your eating less when it's more and vise versa!. I was 233 and now I'm 190 ht:5'9!. My goal weight it 117!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast is the most important meal of the day, cause thats what gives you energy!. you need a healthy cereal, or try wheat bread toast, eggs, oj or something like that!.
lunch should be a large meal with lean protein, veggies and carbs (like bread)!. dinner can be small to medium size, but you still need healthy food not like fries (which are way more than 900 cals depending on how much you eat)!. and sweets for snacks r ok, but its better to go with fruit!.

I snack all day long non stop(I had 3 noodle soup, 2 bowls mac and cheese, 3 patties, salad, 4 pieces of toast, yogurt, abunch of cheese, and afew potatoes every now and then today)!. I eat like this every day!. and I only gained 1 pound in 4 months!.!.!.!.

jelly that is 9 calories is no way near enough to give you a good start to the day!. your dinner was way more than 400 calories aswell!. but you don't seem to be eating healthily at all!. you need to eat more, but healthy and more fruit and veg and try to have something more than jelly for breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
