Question: What's the best workout for your butt!?
Everyone sais I have a great body but I hate my butt!.!.I have to sit all day at college and I feel like it's awful!. I want to feel better about it, i eat very healthy but i need to do some kind of work out!. please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would say squats, lunges and wall sits!.!.!. i am also in college and i completely understand were u are coming from!. I also eat very healthy but with school and 19 credits i can not work out like i would like!. so i find myself doing walking lunges when i need to move around my house LOL its the only way i work out my thighs and bum and it has proven to be very effective!. You could iron on my butt before I started doing squats!. I'll be damned Miranda Kerr was right! She said do lots and lots of squats, I did it and now I have buns! I actually have buns! I had the flattest butt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
