Sore elbow joints after weighted pull ups and chin ups?!


Question: Sore elbow joints after weighted pull ups and chin ups!?
Should I decrease the weight or is this normal!? I also down upright rows and shrugs in the same workout!. Right now my elbows are stiff and hurts abit- any idea if this is normal or should I be concerned!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Decrease it a bit !. Only do it every other day !.Ice up your joints, then put heat on them !. Take ibuprofin for an anti-inflammatory and if that still dont work go to the doc for a prescription !.

Age is a factor!.

I recommend doing less weight and more reps!. Do around 3 sets, and then don't exercise those muscles for a couple days -- rotate to other groups while those have time to recuperate!.

Muscle aches is normal, joint aches is not a good sign!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
