I drank milk at dinner now i feel bloated, stomach cramps..How do I exercise?!?!


Question: I drank milk at dinner now i feel bloated, stomach cramps!.!.How do I exercise!?!!?
I had about 10 fl oz of skim milk at dinner at 4:30
its 6:40 and my stomach is in immense pain still and its so crampy!.
i had 2 tums and then 1 tablet of this really strong antacid stuff!. it hasnt helped!.

and i tried running but i got a hugeeee cramp in my stomach!. its not good!. what should i do to exercise!?! i need to run and do cardio because i ate really bad today!.!.!.probably about 1400 calories, but it was mostly crackers/carbs/that kind of stuff!. not balanced at all!.

i dont want to gain weight from today!.
please help
and dont say you wont gain weight from one day!.
i need help on what to do for exercise!

maybe the pain is from you being lactose intolerant!. don't drink anymore milk!. talk to your doctor about it!. they sell lactose pills over the counter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
