Is this a good 1200 calorie meal plan for tomorrow?!


Question: Is this a good 1200 calorie meal plan for tomorrow!?
Okay ill get up
and have a 150 cal kashi GO LEAN bar!.
then go to an hour of power yoga!.

then eat lunch of a wrap (90 cal whole wheat wrap, with one tablespoon of natural/organic peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of low sugar jelly), kashi crackers (130 cal), 1 banana (100 cal), 2 natural/organic cookies!.

and then ill go out with my friends and whatever!.
then have a healthy dinner of a lean cuisine and steamed veggies!. or something that is 400 calories!.

and then ill run 2-3 miles and do crunches!.
and probably have a healthy snack after!.
i wont go over 1200 cal though!.
but is my lunch healthy!? or is it too fatty with the peanut butter!?!?

would a wrap with grilled boneless skinless chicken be better!? or a wrap with turkey!?
or is the peanut butter okay!? i dont know!.!.!.thanks (:

This all sounds really healthy, but honestly, you shouldn't go below 1500 if you're still a teenager!. You are still technically growing (not much, but your brain is developing) until your early twenties, so you need a lot of nutrients!. Especially since you're exercising so much, you should really aim for 1800 calories per day!. This will NOT make you gain weight! I'm serious!

Why not add some more protein to your diet by taking a small handful of nuts as a snack!? They're high in calories, but also really nutritious!. 1/4 of a cup of pecans is about 120 calories, and delicious!. :)

Your wrap with chicken sounds delicious! Turkey is fine, too!. It's just a personal preference!. Chicken has a tad less fat and sodium, though!.

I really recommend looking at SparkTeens!. It provides meal plans for you, and is all-around really helpful!. I've lost 6 pounds on it so far!. It shows you how to build a healthy lifestyle, not just a diet!. It's amazing!

what really keeps me full is 3/4 cup oatmeal and a fruit

lunch sounds good, and the peanut butter and jelly or the meat would both be fine!.

i think you should have a snack in between lunch and dinner, maybe like yogurt!.!. and you might not need to have the organic cookies!?!?

dinner sounds good!.

dude your weight is fine, and you should have 2000 calories a day!. Also, that is way too much excersize! you sound like you might have an eating disorder, or a very bad body image!. Seek help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
