Answers:
I personally don't know what the concentration curl is, but the hammer curl has more to do with working the forearms than the biceps!. The regular bicep curl makes you work on stability, whereas the preacher curl does not (obviously the preacher curl works both biceps at the same time as well)!. Also, a preacher curl is ideal for lengthening the biceps, but doesn't neccessarily have to be!. Sounds confusing, but hope it helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

biceps curl (regular) is generally done standing with a straight bar or a cambered curl bar!. you can also do this exercise with dumbbells, either seated (incline or straight up), alternating or doing both arms at the same time!. seated at incline works the peak of the biceps muscle more!.

concentration curl is done either seated with a dumbbell - working arm braced against the inner thigh!. you can also do them at an overhead cable station, standing!. works the entire biceps but mainly the peak!.

hammer curls are done with dumbbells and work mainly the lower portion of the biceps brachii hear the inner the inner crease of the elbow, and also the forearms!.

preacher curls are done with either a straight bar, curl bar, dumbbells or even a cable!. the arms rest against a preacher bench that is usually angled!. keeping the arms frozen in place works the lower portion of the biceps more!. larry scott, a pro bodybuilder and mormon preacher (i think), invented the movement!. one can also use the back of an incline bench to mimic the same movement if no preacher bench is available!.

hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
