Question: Im gaining weight! please help!!?
im 5''7, and 140 pounds!.
im 14 years old!.
im scared because ive been kindof getting hungry before bedtime
and also my legs and tummy are starting to get bigger and like my stomach has a few rolls and stuff!.
im not super fat, i just want to get in shape!.

Try getting an hour of exercise everyday !. You can do 30 min in the morning before school, and another 30 in the afternoon!. Running, power walking, swimming, biking, dancing!.!.!.!.whatever you prefer as long as you stick to it!. The important thing is to break one good sweat everyday!.

For toning up, you can also browse around the internet for some work out videos you can do at home!. Squats, lunges, crunches!.!.!.They will all complement the cardio workout!.

As far as eating try limiting your junk food intake!.
Focus on eating 5-6 small meals a day to boost up your metabolism!.

- lean protein such as grilled fish, chicken
- brown rice
- veggies ( raw and cooked, mix them up with low fat dressings so it won't get boring)
- fresh fruit
- low fat milk or/and soy milk

Have a '' cheat'' day once a week, when you can eat your favorites (without exagerating! )

Important thing, drinking a lot of liquid ! Many people end up gaining cause their bodies is retaining water!. Green tea, water!.!.!. Make sure you keep hydrated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do yoga or get a gym membership!. when you go to the grocery store just have your mom get like atkins bars or special k bars that way when your hungry you can just have one of those and its no big deel!. Im trying the lemonade diet thing now cuz i heard that works good too, so like instead of starving yourself you can drink this lemonade stuff!.

im 15 btw!. so just take it from someone whos done it!.!.!.!.!. dont starve yourself unless you just want a quick fix because all the weight will come back and you'll just be losing muscle!.

Simply exercise more!. You have what is commonly known as "puppy fat" as you go taller ( lucky girl) as you will - it will go!. But walking is the best all round toner!. Just 1/2 hour a day!. If you do have to eat be4 bed try fruit salad or Yogurt not bread!. Anyway 5 7 & 140 is good just exercise and not too much junk food!. You are what u eat!. cheerWww@Answer-Health@Com

it'd be easier to be doing a weekly sport, it'd make you lose weight faster!. just control your eating habits, stop eating before 7: 00 pm, it will make you gain weight!. if you seem hungry, drink water !. it will tell your stomach that you are full!. hope i helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 5 9 and 187, you arent fat, you are normal, dont worry about your weight, guys are starting to change their likes and more and more of them dont like a girl when she is too skinny!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
