Question: What are some good foods that I won't gain weight with!?
I'm not completely satisfied with my diet choices, and I want to make a shopping list of good foods and recipes that can help me stay in control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fruit is awesome!. Pretzles are pretty low cal!. Sugar free pudding and yogurt for cravings!. Brown Rice and Stri fry (veggies, soysauce garlic ginger onion hoisin sauce and red pepper) Water water water Turkey and fish!. They make turkey into everything!. Turkey smoked sausage, turkey italian sausage, turkey burger!. olive oil!. Also invest in good non stick skillets, you can make almost everything without cooking oil, or just a little olive oil for flavor!. Sugar free popsicles!. egg beaters!. give up or go easy on condiments even mustard really has three calories per serving!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruits, Veggies, Whole grains, low fat dairy, lean protein and good fats that are healthy for you, like nuts, seeds and olive oil!. If you like fish I know it's very healthy for you!. I was told to shop the grocery stores outside isles and stay away from the processed and high sugar foods!.

Stay away from processed foods (anything that comes out of a box) and try to eat as much natural foods as possible!.

-Fish instead of meat
-If you must have meat, chose lean cuts instead of normal

Fruits, veggies, beans, white meat, fish!.

I've heard that refried beans cooked without lard can be just as healthy as normal beans, so a healthy home-made taco might be a good meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
