Can i lose weight by drinking water running/walking 3 miles everyday and not eat!


Question: Can i lose weight by drinking water running/walking 3 miles everyday and not eating after 6:oo p!.m!?
Answers:
I did all three and it worked BUT you have to watch what you eat as well!. Don't eat sugar, white bread etc!. and watch your salt intake!. If you do all that you will be surprised at the amount you will lose!. However, it will drop slowly, which is the best way, so do not get frustrated that you do not drop the pounds quickly!. The slower you lose the pounds, the longer they stay off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think thats exactly the healthiest choice to make!.
you need to drink water no matter what!.
but not eating after 6!?
you need to space out your diet!.
eating smaller, healthier meals if you want to loos weight!.
maybe you should also join an exercize progrm at a local gym!.
like aerobics!.

Yep, i think thats a great plan!. You should also watch what you eat!. Don't be to strict tho, if your to strict you'll end up binging and making it worse!.
It depends on what time you usally go to bed!. It's best not to eat three hours before you go to bed!.
But i get up super early so i don't eat after 6 either!.
