You never asked an answerable question =)

But if your clothes are getting looser, then its a good indication your losing fat!.

Just remember when you weigh yourself, to always do it in the morning, when you havn't ingested anything, that way it's accurate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like the others said, you're not eating enough calories or a good enough variety of foods to satisfy all of your body's requirements!.

You didn't indicate your height or how much weight you're trying to lose, but I can't imagine that anything under 1000 calories is healthy for anyone!. Your body will get accustomed to starving and begin to store everything you eat as fat while burning muscle for energy!. I understand wanting to lose weight fast, but at what price!?

Add a yogurt to your apple for breakfast, a little more protein for lunch and maybe some salad!. Dinner could probably use a little more protein, more green veggies!. Don't be afraid of a little butter walnuts, or olive oil as your body needs some healthy fats!.

As for monitoring results, size matters - not the numbers on the scale! Whatever your motivation, you're to be commended for your diligence and discipline! Keep your focus on long-term, overall health (not short-term weight loss) and you will be rewarded throughout your life with good health!.

It's not enough Cal's!. If you don't eat enough your body will store it as fat!. Big mistake not eating a better breakfast to start your metabolism off!. if your going to diet at least do some research so you can do it properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your gaining muscul more then you loosing weight!.!. thats why the scale dosnt go down; muscle weights more then fat
to work around this, eat 600 cals per day and only ride a mile!.
do that for 2 days, the othe for 3, and then repeat!.!.!.
