just no bananas or mangos
there high in fat
eat a big bowl of cereal for breaky,
some salad and low sodium crackers for lunch,
and a bakes chicken breast/ tofu thingy for dinner
with salad and some fruit for dessert

Hi, you could try the so called Raw Food Vegan Diet, which is a lifestyle that is now sweeping the ranks of celebrities and ordinary people!. I have been raw for the last 4 years and not only did I lose weight but I was also able to get rid of my medical problems that plagued me since childhood!. In order for me to eat more of the raw food I love, I exercise 1 1/2 hours on an elliptical trainer and 45 minutes of brisk walk every day!. You can gain weight on raw foods too, if you eat too many nuts, oils and high calorie foods!. For me it is easier to fill up on raw foods, because I can make a humongous salad for dinner and that fills me up more than anything!. I snack on fruits all the time but keep track of how many I eat because they are high in sugar!. The pitfalls of all diets are that people never stick to the diets because they get bored with their restrictions, that's why they never work and people gain the weight back after they go back to their regular eating habits!. Hey how's it going!? Ok this may be different because I'm a man, but I think I can help!. I'm gonna assume you wanna tone your body so the first thing to do is if you're looking to take any pills I suggest fat burners and those only!. Many people assume if they take diet pills it will take away the excessive fat, but it won't, it only help you!.!.!. well you're in the restroom alot!. LOL!! Fat burners do the opposite they burn away the fat and don't leave excessive skin!. Also try and maintane a healthy diet, no McDonalds for awhile ok!.!. Hope I helped a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start by going for a morning jog (15mins) to wake you up, go to school come home then go to the gym for 45mins (30mins on exercise machines &15 on weights) then just finish with eating healthy foods and low caloried snack!.
