How can i achieve this!? Weight loss is pretty simple, lower the caloric intake and begin to exercise!. So long as you eat at a calorie deficit you will lose weight!.

How long will it take me!? If you do it right, pounds should come off at a rate of about 1-2 per week!. So 2 months and you should be at or near your goal provided you remain dedicated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It actually shouldn't take long!. But realistically speaking if you follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly you should be shedding the weight very easily!.

For example if your school is in walking distance, walk there instead of getting dropped off!. Try to get at least 1 hour of pure exercise everyday!. Drink plenty of water!. No sodas or juices!. Some juices actually have more sugar than soda!. Don't eat any cookies or junk food that comes from a wrapper or box!. Like candy, ice-cream and cereal!. Eat more fruits and vegetables!. You can season your vegetables and get them tasting really delicious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok!.!.!. first of all, by all american doctor standards, you aren't fat!. You are very healthy!. But I know that is the kind of thing that your parents and friends already tell you, and it doesn't help the fact that you thing that you are overweight!. So the best thing is to stop drinking soft drinks, and cut out cookies and candy!. I did that and lost a good bit of my weight!. I am only 5'2" and was tipping the scales at a very large number, but I took care of myself by eating more healthy foods and by drinking only water!. That is the best thing that I know of!. And of course you can't just do that, you have to be active as well!. just walk around your house!. If the remote is on the other side of the room, don't ask someone to pass it to you, get up and get it!. The little things count!. :) good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO MORE FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS!.
NO MORE GREASY FOOD!. LOTS OF FRUITS!.
LOTS OF WATER!.
