I'm 5'5" and weigh 120 lbs. How to lose flab?!


Question: I'm 5'5" and weigh 120 lbs!. How to lose flab!?
I know I seem like a normal weight!.!. but I have a really big waist!. It's really flabby!. Like, I think it's a 29 in!. Ways to get rid of the flab!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running for 30-40mins a day, that tones everything up!. If your not great at running, just try walking for 1 hour a day!.
Good luck, and i know how you feel i have the same prob!. I've been jogging everyday (well sometimes im to lazy) and it's helped!. If you stick to it it'll work!

What!? 29in!. is a small waist!
We all seem to think we are bigger than we actually are!.
At this weight and height you are very slender!.
If you do not believe this, make an appointment with your Dr!. and hopefully you will believe the Dr!.
