What types of foods should you eat before doing a lot of exercise?!


Question: What types of foods should you eat before doing a lot of exercise!?
I usually exercise a lot but in a few days were having a competition in running, push ups, pull-ups, and sit ups against another school so ill be working a lot harder than i usually do

Any info/advice would be appreciated Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm i used to do track and field and before we would have a race or meet, the coach would tell us to eat alot of carbs; breads, pastas all of that stuff, gives you energy and is good before excersingWww@Answer-Health@Com
