Electric ab exercisers? Yes or no?!
Question: Electric ab exercisers!? Yes or no!?
I remember several years ago there was this craze with electric ab machines!. Apparently you would put the gel on your stomach and wear the belt for an alloted amount of time, and it would in return give you great abs!. Does anyone know if these actually work, or if it was just a scam!? I recently saw one on ebay for cheap, and was curious! Thanks for your help! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not only electric ab exercisers don't work, but infact (and most people waste time and energy not knowing that) most targeted ab exercises don't work!. I found a site that helped me a lot and was a real eye opener!. you can check it out!. www!.fit-notfat!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com
