2 lbs a week is a fairly quick rate, and unless you're obese and under medical supervision, about as fast as I'd aim for!.

So the 'I've only lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks' thing is !.!.!. wrongheaded!. 4 lbs in 2 weeks is terrific!.

Just keep doing exactly what you're doing!. At this rate, you'll lose another 28 lbs by christmas!. On noes, you won't hit 35 till new years!.

Try adding some resistance training to build some muscle!.Muscle burns fat like crazy and despite what most people think girls can't get bulky like a guy would doing resistance training,they just don't have enough testosterone!.

You should probably eat 200-300 more calories a day to and make sure your eating it at 5-6 different times of the day!.If you eat to little your body will slow your metabolism to compensate for the lack of food and you'll stop losing weight!.Not only that when you stop dieting you'll probably put on more weight then you lost!.Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

exercising for 2 hours a day for 3 to 4 days should help you lose weight

First of all, what type of food is the 1200-1300 cals!? fat, carbs, dairy, meat, veg, fruit!? It will depend on what type of food you are taking in!. Recently I have read that for older woman who feel tired and have complained that they have gained weight that they may want to add some iodine to their diets!. more energy, leads to more activity, so more weight loss!.

Keep it up, you are def on your way! I cut out my cheat day altogether but then again I'm a little crazy!.!.lol! What are your eating!? Make sure you are incorporating lots of veggies and fruits with your meals!. Try eating grilled chicken breast, and only having red meat once a week (the leanest)!. Keep up the water drinking!! you are doing the right thing; a slow steady weight loss will stay lost!. increasing activity, watching proportions, and eating from all the food types (ie: fruit,lean grilled or baked meats, fiber, veggies,etc) is the best "diet" in the world!. expect a pound or two a week, but don't obsess about it!.
