Answers:
That should work!. As you get into better shape, you may want to increase the intensity and duration of your cardio workouts!. Also, make sure that your starches are whole grains!. Don't let your only starches become white bread and white rice!. For breakfast, find a whole grain cereal for your starch that is high in fiber and low in sugar, about 5g of fiber and under 8g of sugar per serving!. Your fats should be coming from mono and poly unsaturated fats!. These fats are necessary and good for your body!. Avoid saturated and trans fats at all costs!. You can also increase your vegetable intake!. Just make sure you're not eating vegetables that are covered in a fatty sauce!.

If you do it right, it should take you about 15-20 weeks to lose 20 pounds!. After that, you can probably cut back on the exercise some but you'll have to keep your diet relatively limited in order to prevent the weight from coming back!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't listen to any of the radical dieting or "lose weight without exercise"!. Make sure you keep variation in your training and make it interesting!. Also ensure you allow adequate time to let your body repair itself before working out again!. You will be better off having less intense sessions over a longer period of time than burning yourself out after a short period of really intense sessions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
