Question: Should I Lose or Gain Weight (Pics Included)!?
I am a 20 y/o male; I don't drink beer!. I am 65 inches tall, weighing 135 lbs!. My stomach is 35 inches!. two years ago I weighed 115 lbs!., and took a weight gainer!. My Body Mass Index is at a health level!. I don't want a six-pack, to be honest, I like my keg, but what do you think, should I lose the weight, gain more and work out, or what!? What areas should I concentrate on!?

Hey, As a manager of a supplement store i would have to say you look like you could afford to put on some more weight!. With that said you should be aiming for more muscle mass and dropping your body fat percentage!. The weight your at right now!.!.!. is not bad!. If you could transform ur body into more muscle the body fat and u were 135!.!. you'd be pretty skinny still!. rememer that muscle weighs more than fat!. So start hitting the gym!. Weights that is, not cardio!. Continue on eating ur weight gainer but seriously start pushing weights around and the muscle mass you will gain should come fairly quickly as you are still young and have alot of terstostern in your body aiding in putting on some mass!. Also aim to eat 6 meals and day and TONS of chicken, tuna and salmon!. You need to eat lean to be lean!!

I love that all bodies are different!.!.!.if you are happy than work it!. If you feel like you WANT to lose weight or need to for health reasons than so be it!. If you want to concentrate on losing weight in your belly, than low carb diets are the way to go!. Eat healthy, and walk or jog!. You look A-OK to meWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you're not fat at all!.!. but i would start working out if i were you before your metabolism slows down a lot and you start gaining more weight!. it's easier to keep weight off than it is to take it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
