Question: Uh Oh!! I ordered out for lunch!. Did I mess everything up!?
For lunch I usually pack a turkey sandwich on wheat and a salad but today I did not pack anything so I ordered a hot dog and ate it with the bun too!!. I assume this to be around 400 cals!. Yuck! I have been doing sooo good so will this mess everything up!? Should I still eat what I would normally eat for the rest of the day!? or should I skip out on my snacks ( a nectarine and some celery with pb) to save calories!??Www@Answer-Health@Com

You ate more calories then normal at lunch, you could dial down the calories later!. Don't eat nothing, but cut back on some fats/carbs and replace with fruits/vegetables!.

I think most of us have a tendency to beat ourselves up over mistakes, dwell on the past, then excuse our behaviour in the future!.

Try to turn it around!. The past is done, don't worry about what you ate yesterday, and don't worry about what you're eating tomorrow!. Focus on the present, and keep doing that, and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One night, after 7, I had 3 slices of cheese pizza, and the next morning, I thought I would weigh at least a pound more for sure but nope! I lose weight!. I'm under 100lbs though so that might be why those 3 slices didn't make me gain any weight at all!. Maybe if I was heavy and weighed 120lbs then the pizza might have ruined things for me!. I highly doubt one hot dog will mess everything up for you!. It's not as bad as pizza and the pizza did nothing to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most diets allow you have some extra something every week!. Believe me, it does help!. While I really do respect you for keeping a low-cal diet, this won't impact you much at all!. You should treat yourself every once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a steady diet, and mess it up only one day, you should be fine!. Just take the next four days and cut down on 100 calories each day!. You could try and work off the extra calories as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats absolutely fine!. A little bit of what you fancy now and again is great! You have a very healthy diet generally so don't stress about it and don't cut your snacks out, they are healthy too!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

the nectarine and celery are fine the nectarine will help digestion and celery is just an empty calorie filler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
