When will I start losing weight on my low carb diet?!


Question: When will I start losing weight on my low carb diet!?
Currently, I am on a diet of salad, non-starchy vegetables, and meat!. I avoid bread whenever I can, getting a wrap for lunch every few days because the wrap has less bread than pieces of whole wheat!. I don't ear desert, ice cream, yogurt, and avoid soup because its full of carbs!. I started this diet two weeks ago, as as of 4 weeks ago, I weighed 174 lbs at 5'3'' as a male!. When will I lose lbs, and how long will it take!? I don't exersize too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Low carb diets really only work if you exercise!. The idea is that by avoiding carbs and consuming primarily fats and proteins, you leave your body with nothing to use for energy but said fats and proteins, but if you're not exercising, you're not burning anything!. Essentially, if you're going on a low-carb diet without exercising, most if not all of the weight you'd lose would be purely coincidental!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
