Lose weight without calorie-counting?!


Question: Lose weight without calorie-counting!?
I hate counting calories, it drives me crazy having to write down the calorie content of every single Item I eat!. I can't keep it up for more than 2 days!. Any suggestions!?

I buy prepackaged foods for lunch and dinner from the store and eat cereal with fruit in the morning!. I never write it down!. I just calculate it in my head!. The main thing is trying to eat foods that will keep you filled up and not just consuming empty calories that leave you starving throughout the day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

They have a calculator (you can buy it or just search on google) and you type in the calories, fat, and fiber!. When you hit enter it will pop up a number!. This is how many point that item is!.
On weight watchers you are on a point system!. That is why you need a calculator!.

Try using www!.sparkpeople!.com, it pretty much counts the calories for you!. The only thing is, if the food you ate or are going to eat is not on the list you have to put it in, but putting it in is veryyy easy! Its a very helpful and informative website! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
