Hello! I can totally help you with your problem!. Ive lost about 25 pounds so far!. I feel healthier and more confident! And you can too!.
All you have to do is: eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and excercise here and there for at leat 10-15 minutes! And you can keep a food journal and record your records of food you ate and just add up the calories to make sure you eat well!. You should eat around 1200-1300 calories!. Make sure you eat about 6 small meals a day!. Heres an example:
- Breakfast :instant oatmeal with a banana and a glass of orange juice!.
-Lunch: a pb&j sandwhich with one tbs peanutbutter and one tbs jelly with WHOLE wheat SaraLee toast (or any whole wheat toast you prefer)!.
- Snack: Orange
- Dinner: a normal sized plate full of brown rice, white meat chicken, salad with lemon dressing and a little olive oil, and some steamed carrots!.
- Dessert: a 70 calorie chocolate pudding cup from Walmart!

Make sure you eat these 5-6 meals around every 3 hours!. And try to NOT eat 2 hours before you sleep!
Stick to these rules and Im telling you, itll work!

Avoid eating bread,pasta and potatoes!.(of course you already know to eat fruit and veggies and avoid sweets)
You will be amazed how easily you will drop weight by avoiding these few things!.Try to go for a brisk walk daily to keep your metabolism up!.
