Question: Tight muscles vs!. puffy muscles!?
What kind of weight training routine should I pursue to get big tight muscles instead of big and "puffy" muscles!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

High repetitions!. Instead of 3 sets of 8-10 lifts, go a with a little lighter weight and do 20-30 repetitions!.

You want more of a continuous "burning" in your muscles as opposed to an overall "body-strain" of maxing out!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure you're not lifting large amounts of weight!. Just do 10 reps at a smaller amount of weight and remember to stretch after!. One of the better things is to take yoga or pilates and you'll see lean muscle mass starting to build!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
