Have I ate okay so far? What are some dinner ideas? healthyy?!


Question: Have I ate okay so far!? What are some dinner ideas!? healthyy!?
Woke up and had a 150 cal kashi GO LEAN bar
then went to 30 minutes of power yoga and ran like !.3 of a mile!.

then had lunch
-1 cup of whole wheat pasta (200 cal)
-4oz of grilled boneless skinless chicken (120 cal)
-and a cup of steamed veggies (70 cal)
-and a handful of animals crackers and one natural/organic cookie (110 cal)

so in all today ive had about 700 calories!.
and for dinner I dont want to go over 1200 calories!.
what should I have!?

I have whole wheat wraps, turkey, natural/organic peanut butter, whole wheat pancake mix, cereal, weight watcher muffin, bagels, eggs!.

I kind of want a breakfast-y type meal, but I dont know if thats too smart!. i dont feel like turkey or chicken or a salad!.

and i think a peanut butter/low sugar jelly wrap would be too high in calries!.!.!.
would pancakes (280 cal), with one pear, and 2 egg whites be good!? instead of the egg whites, if i had half a bagel it'd probably be too many carbs right!? i just dont feel like actual protein!.!.!.i dont know!.

im going to run 3 miles rgiht now and do crunches!.

according to my knowledge despite the diet u r workin on i know that the best way to start losing weight is that u miss the dinner,cuz in evening the stomach doesnt secrete any juices and by eating u lead to having fats
so thats the best way
but if u cant do this u can eat some tuna fish or any low fat fish ,but of course it has to be in the first evening so u dont eat so late
also according to ur diet its so going to work if u keep on it
but ur dinner ideas will lead u no where trust me;)
