Cardiovascular exercise - walk, run, jog, dance, aerobics class, workout DVD, bike riding, spinning, jump roping, etc!. And like everyone else has said, you can't "spot reduce"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember you can't "spot reduce" fat!. You might read articles with exercises and diets which promise to "blitz your thigh fat" but it just doesnt work like that!.

The exercise you do doesnt determine where the fat is used from!. If you do a good wide variety of exercises to develop all areas of your body then you will have loss of fat from all areas of your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking on the treadmill or stair climber!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ride a bike , half an hour each day , after one month you will see the differenceWww@Answer-Health@Com
