Truth teller, that's an unrealistic goal and you can't reach it while still giving yourself proper nutrition!. If you starve yourself enough to get there, much of what you lose will be muscle, not fat, as your body eats what it has to!.
Never go below 1200 calories a day, and don't drop below about 25% of those calories coming from fat!.

i think 60 is too much!. I have been taught that 20% range a little more or less (depends on your body) is what the body requires on a daily intake!. Nutrition had something called the Reference daily Intake (RDI) this measures how much of each certain foods we are suppose to take!. You should consume less calories than what you eat and burn more too!. Exercise at least for 30 min!. you will see and feel better!. also make sure you take in your vitamins because you have to keep yoursellf healthy to function correctly!. Try the Mayo Clinic Diet its really good!. If you want to find out the calories from grams just multiply by 4!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Fat in foods doesnt make you fat!.!. This is so retarded!. In order for optimal body looks you will need your diet to be 40% protien 40% carbs and 20% fat!. Fat has essential nutrients in it!. What makes you fat is lack of excercise and not eating properly!. (not eating frequently, huge meals, etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com
