What causes muscle to not grow 10 points?!
Question: What causes muscle to not grow 10 points!?
only from ppl with training or know what there talkin bout plz
what are some things that can stop muscle from growing
and plz answer this if u can
i lift every other day and eat steak and sausage ffor lunch and dinner everyday -egss for breakfast
but i am not getting any results-i am getting stronger, my max went up 20 pounds but my arms havent changed a bit(and i know im not overtraining)/sometimes my arms get smaller overnight
anybody know what id goin on

If you are working the same muscle group every other day then you are overtraining inspite of your statement otherwise!. If you aren't allowing at least 3 days rest between an intense muscle group workout, eating at least 1 grm of protien per pound of lean muscle mass, and getting 8 hrs sleep, then you are being counter productive!.
You mentioned arms!.!. Try this!.!.!.
Do some light bicep warm ups
Find a weight you can curl barely for 8 reps!.
Do 3 sets of 8 straight bar curls
Do 3 sets of 8 hammer curls
Do 3 sets of 8 concentration curls!.!.for each bicep!.(1 dumbbell, sitting down, using the side of your knee as a platform, lift the weight from the ground to your chest!.!.
The next day
Do the same for your triceps with
Dips
Skull crushers
Tricep extensions!.!.
Allow 72 hrs before working that muscle again!.!.!.
In 4 weeks, if you are eating the protien and getting the rest, you will see results!.!.
