Question: Men: what can I do to improve my body!? (pic included)!?
I'm almost 22 and I've been single for a while now!. I'd really like to get back into shape and try to look my best for when I do meet the right guy!. I would love some constructive criticism of my body!.

How much weight should I lose!? (I'm 5'5 and 110 lbs right now)
What exercises should I do to tone my belly, hips and inner thighs!?
Any other helpful hints!?

Sheesh, If i had your body, i woul HAVE confidence in myself at a beach!

I know im not a dude, but i am a bit of a body freek!. I am busy sculpting mine!. I was a size 16 3 months ago, and now im a size 12!. im aiming for a 8-10 and a toned stomach- like yours!

Your stomach needs NO work!. all i recomment is to do 100 sit ups, and 100 pressups every day to keep you toned!. Also, do 100 calf raises on both legs to get your leg muscles working!. If you have low weighted weights, lift those!. high reps, low weight helps you to tone!.

Doing any sort of cardio activity cant do any harm too!

But like i said, you body is GREAT the way it is, and i bet the only reason you havent found your perfect man, is because you dont show off that great body!.

Actually, that's a little too thin!. The weight you mentioned is a bit too low for your height!. To be healthy you should gain about 15 to 20 pounds!. It really shows in the picture, too!. Your waist is too thin and I can easily see your hips!. Before you get into heavy duty workouts, I would suggest upping your protein intake as well as carbohydrates!. To gain weight, you need more calories than you are burning!. The simplest way of achieving this is to consume more servings of whatever you do eat on a regular basis!. Remember to include variety in your diet, though!. Our bodies were designed to eat a wide range of foods and to absorb the nutrients from them!.

Once you have attained a more reasonable weight (within about 4 to 6 weeks), then you can start getting into body building!. As far as exercises go, there are many ways of toning your muscles!. Doing sit-ups is a great way to tone your abdomen!. Did you know that there are more natural ways of gaining muscle mass than just simply having a workout at a gymnasium!? Many activities such as lifting heavy objects or gardening or housework can build muscles, including in your thighs!. If you want, you can go to a local health club to see about what possible workouts you can do to tone your muscles!.

As far as how you look for acceptance purposes goes, I wouldn't worry at all about how you look!. When people fall in love and get married, they marry each other on the basis of values, rather than just looks!. Although being underweight (or overweight) carries with it potential health problems later on in life, it should not be the sole determining factor for deciding to marry!. I have met many valuable people in my life whose weight was outside the reasonable boundaries and who didn't look all that healthy as a result, yet they were highly influential people in my life!.
