What snacks will kill me slower? ?!


Question: What snacks will kill me slower!? !?
besides pretzels!. i try not to eat chips and stuff but if its there infront of me id like to know which one to go for!.

cheetos/cheese puffs/curls/balls/twists!?
popcorn!? the cheesy kind in the black bag!.
potato chips!? what about sunchips!?

or any other vending machine snacks!?

Funny, I was just reading about this!.

Sun Chips or any type of baked chip is better than regular chips (which are fried)!. They will have less calories and fat, but do be aware that sometimes the nutritional info listed on the back is for one serving, and those little vending machine bags almost always contain 2! (Sneaky snack companies!)

Popcorn is actually pretty good for you because it has a lot of fiber, and is a whole grain!. I think the kind in the black bag is called Smartfood, and I like that stuff a lot!. It's very tasty and a filling snack that doesn't make me feel so gross afterwards!.

Most cheesy puff stuff will be bad, so my less sinful substitute is are these white cheddar puffs called "Pirate's Booty!." They have it at health food places, or regular store in the natural food section!. They satisfy my cheese puff craving, but with less fat and still good cheesy flavor!.

And of course, even healthier is if you can get fresh fruit or vegetables!. I make a dip out of plain yogurt and powdered onion soup flavoring!. Or I love celery with peanut butter on it! Crunchy but healthy too!.

They will all kill you - slowly and painfully! Drink water as a first choice, the body is often telling you that you're thirsty and the brain misreads those signals as hunger, so drink water! If you're still hungry snack on fruit, dried fruit or nuts!. Also, rather than eating 3 square meals a day, try eating 6 or 7 SMALL meals!. This way, because you are eating every 2 - 3 hours or so, you will not feel hungry and snack on crap foods!. Another advantage of eating small but often is that your metabolic rate will stay high throughout the day, therefore, less of your food will be stored as fat!. You could snack on a stick of butter!.!.!. j/k!.!.!.!. popcorn is a good one as long as it is not full of butter!. Also fruit, veggies and those apple chips are pretty good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
