Question: New excercises that i can do!?
ok i am 17 i am 5' 7" tall, and i weigh 127!.6 pounds including clothing and shoes!.everynight i do 60 sits up, 20 leg raises (both legs as same time) i do 60 reps per arm with fairly light weights, i do those back raises where u push your pelvis into the air, i do 20 pushups and then 20 pushups leaning on a bench behind me!. i also do stretches and other excercises that i don't know the names of i have been doing this for 9 months coming on 10!.i have seen results i went from 140!.8 pounds to 127!.6!. in 9 months since i did all this excercise!. what more can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay,
1st: Do not do sit ups unless you want to look bigger!.!.
Sit ups make your Stomach stronger!. BUT it doesn't burn fat!. So it just adds on the big look!.
2nd: Seeing that those type of exercises are really boring and hard!.!.!.Why not try sports!? It requires the same type of stuff!. ( Except for sit ups ) And is fun!
3rd: Eating healthy is also key!. Cut down on junk foods like McDonalds, KFC, Chocolate chip cookies, etc!. Eat it only to reward yourself when you have accomplished something!. ( Ex: Lost 10 pounds in a week ( Which is nearly impossible!.!. ) But award yourself when you know you lost weight!. But still, not too much!. )
Eat foods like:
Fruit
Vegetables
Some meat ( I would recommend Chicken )
Fish ( AN ABSOLUTE NEED <<<< )
And a small serving of junk food ( Cookies, chips ) to award yourself!. As said as above!
Doing this frequently ( Don't strain yourself <!.< ) will make you lose weight even faster! I can guarantee that you will lose up to 10 pounds a month, if your doing it properly!. And if your really good at this you can lose more! Www@Answer-Health@Com

What about trying yoga or ballet or callanetics in addition to your exercises with weights!? They can make you look 10 pounds slimmer and really tone you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
