I'm a nutritionist so I think i can answer this!.

Generally, it looks ok but I think your breakfast should definitely be way bigger!. You want breakfast to be the biggest meal, followed by a medium sized lunch, then a small dinner!.

I'd add 4 egg whites and one whole egg to your breakfast!. The fruit salad is great!.

Your lunch is fine!.

Dinner is also fine!.

Snacks: Cookies!? Not so good if you're looking to lose weight!.

You hardly have much good fat in your diet, so I suggest that your snacks consist of a handful of nuts (about 12 to 15 pieces)!. Almonds and walnuts are the best choices, but virtually all nuts are good!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've listed some healthy food options (excluding cookies) but when looking at weight loss, it goes a step further - eating TOO much fruit isn't good for weight loss especially if they are tropical fruit as they contain very high levels of sugar believe it or not!.

Tuna is healthy - it has lots of good fats which can help in body metabolism but remember, it is has lots of FATS!. Too much tuna won't help you lose weight!.

Dinner is great! But try replacing those cookies for a healthier snack, they are packed with sugar and fat!.

Add regular exercise and alot of water and you're on your way! Don't give up!

This is a good food plan for a day, but you need to include other foods (especially a range of vegetables) and have a variety in your weekly diet or else you'll get bored and binge on something you don't want to be binging on!Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO!. You are off to a great start with the fruit salad but then you are probably going to feel peckish mid morning so have either more fruit or a small portion of nuts or seeds!. Ditch the fat free crackers and have a substantial salad with your tuna (and salads do not contain pasta)!. Then for your evening meal have the protein and another large helping of lower carb vegetables (i!.e!. no potatoes or other starchy vegetables)!. And don't eat tuna more than once or twice a week - its all full of mercury which is really no good for your at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please read this response in its entirety because what you don't know CAN hurt you!.

To lose weight healthily, just avoid what's known as "processed free glutamate", a neurotoxic flavor enhancer that's both harmful and addictive!. You won't be able to know in which foods to find it because the FDA allows companies to let it be unlabled, so you, as a smart consumer, must know the ingredients and foods that contain it (see below)!. MSG is just one of those many ingredients!. FYI, consumption of processed free glutamate has been linked to Obesity, Migranes, Headaches, Learning Disabilities, Sleep Disorders and many more health problems that the health industry doesn't want you to know so that all those food/beverage corporations as well as your doctors will make big $$ while your health goes down!.

The FDA claims that all glutamate (including processed free glutamate) is generally safe, but then why do independent studies prove that it's a toxic!? Also, you'll see sodium and fat measured on labels even if there's none at all, but you won't see glutamate labeled and measured even though the food/beverage contains it!.

The FDA also claims that all glutamate is natural, but, in reality, the processed free glutamate that's hidden is not the same glutamate that you'd find in natural, unprocessed foods such as tomatoes and mushrooms!. So, because of the FDA's deceptive rules and regulation, you'll even find processed free glutamate in ingredients such as "natural flavor/flavors"!.

Yes, even some whole wheat breads contain that neurotoxin through the use of malted barley flour and yeast extract!.

And check out http://www!.msgmyth!.com for more information about how harmful and addictive glutamate consumption can be to your health!

FYI, just by avoiding all those foods with hidden "processed free glutamate", I've lost at least 20 pound in 5 months!.

If you stick to that kind of a truly smart diet, you'll not only save a lot of money (by being less hungry and going to the doctor less), but also become healthier!

And, don't forget: Knowledge is power!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not if that is all you are going to eat to lose weight!.

Oatmeal for breakfast with a handful of sultanas and nuts will keep you feeling full longer!.

Try adding a green salad to that and a yoghurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need more veggies and snacks should not be cookies, but fruit, low fat yoghurt or protein bars!.
