Ha! What a bunch of crap that guy was!. You HAVE to watch what you eat or you will not lose the weight!.

I gained about 30 pounds with my second child and it would NOT come off!. I didn't want to stop eating all the good foods!.

There is only one way so everyone just needs to deal with that fact: it's healthy eating practices and exercise!. There are many exercises you can do to either make them one or the other: less time or less effort!. But you can't have both or there won't be any benefit!.

Also, try to eat healthy and have small cheats here and there!.

It seems hard, but once you get into the swing of it, it's not so bad!. I lost all the weight very fast and although I'm not doing quite as much exercising and healthy eating, I still have a 6 day a week exercise routine and eat healthy most of the time!. I do enjoy my bad foods, though!. =)

If you are willing to make that commitment, I would definitely share all my secrets with you!. You would be amazed how fast it comes off if you do it the right way!.

DO NOT think that fad diets, pills, etc!., is going to work!. It won't!. And it's not very good for you, either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start taking the baby out for walks for like an hour a day!. The main thing is to keep on moving around and be active!. Do reps of squats while washing dishes or holding your baby!. Yoga is always great!. Just watch what you eat too!. Lean proteins, veggies, fruits, whole grains!. No fried foods or heavily processed foods!. Yahoo health as great blogs about the right food to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
