Question: Losing weight for a teenager!?
Bonjour!. (: so I'm 15 years old, and I've decided I need to lose some weight/body fat!. I've started jogging sort of, but I can only jog for roughly 4 minutes, so I do intervals!. I'd say I eat healthy, I just eat a lot!. I try to eat 6 meals a day, or so!. But I snack a lot at night!. I'm 5'2-5'3ish, and 132 pounds, but I do have a stomach, (looks like I"m preggo!.) thighs, and it's annoying!. Advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
