I want to lose at least 50 pounds in 2 to 3 months is this a good way?!


Question: I want to lose at least 50 pounds in 2 to 3 months is this a good way!?
my meals consist of
Breakfast: Cream of wheat or oatmeal
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken and 3 tbs!. of low fat dressing
Snack: Yogurt, fruit, carrots and veggie dip, cream of wheat, hard boiled egg or apple cinnamon rice cake
Dinner: Turkey, lean chicken (boiled), or salad with 3 tbs low fat dressing
exercise: 200 crunches a day, 15 minutes of cardio a day
will this make me lose the weight in that time!?
im 19 and weigh 195 lbs just had a baby a month ago from c section but am fully recovered and not breast feeding for medical reasons!. help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut the dressing even if it's low fat!. Cardio run, walk, or crawl for 45 to 1hr!. don't eat after 6pm!. drink water through out the day!. do some weights and alternate them one day cardio next weights and so one rest on sundays!. Eat fish instead of chicken!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should probably aim to lose about half that amount in that time frame!. You should only lose about 2 lbs a week, sometimes more if you are dieting healthy!. You shouldn't go below 1500 calories a day either and you have to burn more Cal's!. then you eat!. If you under eat you will just store fat since your body will think it needs to for survival and it will slow your metabolism!. You are more likely to gain the weight back once you start eating 'normal' again if you don't lose it in a reasonable time frame!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not enough exercise to reach that goal in that amount of time - you need varied aerobic exercises and muscle building exercises (muscle tissue burns calories faster than fat tissue)!. Add 30 minutes of FAST walking (5 days a week) to Your proposed regime (without adding the other that I suggested) and you will reach your goal in a year, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm no, definately not!.!. You should be eating around 2000 calories a day and that doesnt look like 2000 calories a day!.!. The most you could lose in a healthy way in 3 months is 2lbs a week so you could lose 24lbs at the most!. Maybe in 5-6 months you could lose 50lbs!.!. You also have to add strength training to lower your body fat %!.!. So do cardio i!.e!. running 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week (mon,wed, fri)!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
