what is a good way to loose 2 pounds a week for 15 weeks then stay at that weight


i am 13 !.!.!. 5 5 !.!.!. 152 pounds i want to go down to 122-125pounds

i heard anything more than 2 pounds a week is unhealthy!.!.!. si figured out 2 pounds a week for 15 weeks ibwould weight 122 pounds!.!.!.!. i 4sure want to weigh 122-125 pounds by spring break of 2010!.!.!.!.!.15 weeks is about dec 31st starting next weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do excercise daily and eat fruits and vegetables!. Reduce fat and carbs !. Remember even you excercise more than one hour and you donot control your diet your calories go up an dyou will be still at the begining

Just start eating healthy foods in moderate ammounts ( don't stuff yourself, just eat till you are no longer hungry!.) and get plenty of regular excercise!. It is hard to break habits, but this is one thing that will definitely pay off!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
