Going out in the cold after a work out?!

Question: Going out in the cold after a work out!?
I have been working out now for about 4 months its become a part of my everyday routine now!. I wake up at 7 am, work out in my home for about an hour then after that I take my dogs for a walk for about another 45 mins to and hour!. Sometimes less sometimes more depending on the day!. I use the walk as a cool down and its good for my dogs!. The problem is its starting to turn cold out and soon winter will be here!. I have heard that it is bad to work out, to be all sweaty and hot and then go in the freezing cold like that!. So what do I do!? I know if I take a break in between one of the things wont get done!. But I have heard that you can shock yourself with such a huge difference in temps!. So will the same thing happen if i walk first then come home to work out!? I want to continue doing both for myself and my dogs but I don't want to put myself at any health risks trying to get healthy!. LOL Please help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
