Well, most of the celebrities I hear about (the ones known for being thin but healthy at the same time =) haha) do so with exercise!. They, too, can afford personal trainers to help with their diet and exercise, but if that's out of your budget, it doesn't really matter anyways!

Just cut out some of your daily calories, about 500 is what seems to be a popular amount, and to go along with it, exercise a bit, maybe take up jogging a little bit every day, or every other day however your schedule works!. But the calories, thats the thing!. Figure out how much you need per day to maintain your current weight, and then just cut a chunk out of that!.

Common sense, kind of!. You need "set amount" of calories to maintain your current weight!. Eat more than that, you will proabably gain weight!. Eat less, you will lose weight!. Exercise will help speed it up, too!. Hope that helped some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since celebrities have enough money to hire top-notch personal trainers and chefs they lose weight very quickly because:

A!. They have the time
B!. They have the money
C!. They're pressured into it (they have to look good)

Regular everyday people are always on the go which is why they choose to eat at fast food restaurants that cause them to gain weight!. People don't have the time to exercise or at least they don't have the motivation to do so!.


But as I've said to many people the best way to lose weight is:

1!. Healthy Eating and !.!.!.
2!. Exercising

If you stay on a strict routine of both there's absolutely no way in the world that you won't lose any weight!. Most people know what's healthy and what isn't!. Fruits and Vegetables are a good way to be introduced to healthier foods!. Drinking water and getting plenty of sleep!. All three of those are important factors in weight loss!.

If you go to a local bookstore, there are plenty of books that can guide you through a healthy lifestyle in the ways of healthy eating and exercing!. If you have a local Barnes and Noble or Borders in your area you should check out the self help section for theor books!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Celebrities lose weight by spending loads and loads of money on expensive personal trainers and dieticians and nutritionists!. Their jobs are to "look good", so they can spend hours upon hours a day working out to get results fast!. They are also super strict on their diet!. And, of course, there is the party scene, where lots of celebrities can lose weight just by going out and dancing and partying constantly and doing certain drugs (i!.e!. cocaine)!. But, I wouldn't recommend that!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think celebrities really throw up but think about it, they have the whole day every day to devote to eating healthy and exercising!. So they can exercise for 3 hours a day if they wanted or more!. PLus they have personal trainers telling them exactly what to do!. ?Www@Answer-Health@Com
