Are Nutritionist Complete Liars When They Say Eat 2 Grams Of Protein, Per Pound,!

Question: Are Nutritionist Complete Liars When They Say Eat 2 Grams Of Protein, Per Pound, Per Day!?
I have been working on cutting more of the fat off of my waist!. I hate seeing fat on me!.
I have been eating a really good amount of protein per day for years now!. But some of these body building sites list that a person should consume 2 Grams of protein, per pound of weight, per day!. I currently weight 240 pounds!. So that would mean I would need to eat 480 Grams of protein per day!

But let's just do the math for 600 Grams:
To eat 600 Grams of protein per day; you would have to eat!.

1 egg has 6 Grams of protein: That's 100 eggs per day!
OR
1 whole turkey per day!
OR
1 chicken breasts has 27 Grams of protein: That's 22 chicken breasts per day!
OR
1 High-Protein shake has 40 Grams of protein: That's 15 drinks per day!
OR
1 mock-steak or mock-chicken cutlet has 15 Grams of protein: That's 40 cutlets per day!
OR
1 Powerbar has 10 Grams of protein: That's 60 bars per day!. That's 5 boxes per day!
OR
1 Soyjoy bar has 4 Grams of protein: That's 150 bars per day!
OR
1 canister of Organic Hemp powder has 165 Grams of protein: That's 3 canisters per day!

You would spend giant sums of money and I bet any honest doctors would say this kind of eating would not only be bad for your health, but would just end up being a complete waste of time and money!. Not going into any boring details, but your body would maybe use 50% of that (If your lucky)!. Meat doesn't digest as well as plant protein!. So depending on what you eat, those numbers will be less!.
Since you are eating more, your body has no need to be in fasting mode!. So it will not hold food in your intestines for as long as it would if you were eating less!. I'm not a doctor, but simple biology would tell us that eating insanely MORE protein is NOT better then eating a good amount!.

So are they liars!? What they are listing is completely and totally impossible on ever level! If you eat that much food per day, you would be a bloated mass; so large you couldn't move! So what is a safe level of protein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Okay!. As a nutritionist, I suggest eating !.8g per kg!. This is the minimum that your body needs for basic repair!. With hardcore training, anywhere between 1-2g per kg!. So 219 g!.

I recommend increasing protein if you are trying to increase muscle mass, but I do it to a certain level of the calories!. So if someone is working out a lot, I suggest around 30% of your calories coming from proteins!.

So if you were eating a 2500 calorie day, then 750 calories from protein which is around 188g!.

For pro bodybuilders and powerlifters who are drinking enough water 2 grams is okay but most likely overkill!.

The better margin is 1-1!.5 grams/lb!. You do have to get enough water to filter by products!.
It's not all that difficult for most guys to get 1!.5 grams/lb a day!. It is expensive though!.
Honestly most guys, even those who train hard, can happily take in 1 gram a day and still see gains!. When they plateau they can just up it by 0!.1 gram and so on!.

I'm a 265lb powerlifter and I take in 1!.5/lb so that's 397 grams a day!.

It's not bad for your health as long as you keep healthy and account for the extra protein in your diet!. The problem is most guys go mad and take in huge quantities of protein per day and don't drink enough water, neglect carbs and fats!. They cause an imbalance in their nutrition and therefore in their muscle development!.

As a matter of interest, for the average person not looking to fuel muscle gain 0!.8 grams/pound is the best bet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
