Question: How can I lose weight at 5'5 165 pounds!!?
I am 18 years old, 5'5 and weigh 165 pounds!. I want to get down to 120 but I have barely any time or energy to exercise so I just need to cut WAY down on my food intake! I can take small walks, and do some small leg exercises here and there (the weight is in my hips butt and thighs mainly!) But other than that, i cannot work out a lot!.

Can you help me with what I should be eating (not like, you should eat this much protein and that much fiber) I want DETAILS!. What exact foods should I be eating, and how much of those foods should I be eating each day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

then just exercise whenever you have the time!.
like if you go somewhere that isnt to far, then walk instead of driving or taking the bus!.
well dont eat to much bread a day!.
and eat plenty of fruits and veggies!.

Try to eliminate or cut down eating red meat (hamburgers, steaks, etc!.), eat more fruits and veggies, drink a lot of water, less fried foods and sweets!. if you get hungry between meals, drink more water!.

I am 5'5 and was 165 lbs!. I went to the gym every day, usually twice a day and after a month I didn't lose a pound! I know everyone always says that I probably built muscle and muscle weighs more that fat blah blah blah, my clothes didn't fit any better!. Then I joined Weight Watchers and in 10 weeks I've lost just under 20 lbs! basically you have to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies, 6 glasses of water, and 2 servings of milk or milk products!. I also follow a point system, with everything i eat having a point value and only eating a certain amount of points a day!. If you want to join great for you and you can see how many points you will have, otherwise if you follow the other food guidelines you should start to see the weight come off!.!.!.usually a 1-2 lbs per week!. Dance!!! Even when you're tired, just blast some music and it won't take you long to get into it!. I try to dance for 30-60 minutes every day, and then I do light cardio w/a medicine ball to tone!. I hate working out, so this is perfect for me and it burns tons of calories!.

For food - don't cut down too much or you'll actually bloat!. Calorie counting is a good way to go, currently I eat between 1000-1200 a day to lose, but check on that because I know it depends on each person!. I can't give you details, I'm not a dietitian, but I can tell you cut down on sodium!. I stopped drink pop and started drinking only water and I dropped a couple lbs in a week of water weight!. Also, take your vitamins!. A healthy body = more energy!. I've been doing all of this steady for about 3 months now (with a slip-up here or there) and I've lost about 6 lbs and I'm already noticeably toner!.
