I don't like veggies either (and I'm 23), so I completely relate!. You have to force yourself to try them, basically!. Start putting them in dishes that you already enjoy!. I always have a bag of frozen mixed veggies in my freezer that I add to pasta sauce when I'm making spaghetti!. I can't taste them, so I end up eating a lot of them!.

Other dishes that I can add veggies to: pizza, stir-fry, soups, sandwiches, and burgers (putting a little lettuce and tomato on top is a good start)!.

Oh, and like another poster said, V8 Fusion, though high in calories and lacking in fiber, is a great way to get a serving of veggies every day!. Tastes great, too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spinach and broccoli aren't the only vegetables in the world you know!. Carrots, celery, lettuce, tomatoes (like pico de gallo/fresh salsa, not the over-processed cooked kid), zucchini, cucumbers!.!.!. Just try them all till you find some you like!

If you really can't stand any try drinking V8 fusion!. Tastes like fruit juice and contains a whole serving of both fruits and vegetables per serving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Easiest way to eat your veggies will depend on your likes and dislikes!.!.!.broccoli is yummy when steamed with garlic or slathered in a cheese sauce!. Greenbeans sautee or steam well with fresh cracked pepper, butter or even bacon bits!. Sautee up some zucchini and yellow squash with a bit of olive oil or butter and dill!. It makes the veggies taste sweeter!. Carrots are excellent, and can be broiled with cinnamon, a smidge of sugar and salt, and even a bit of butter!. Trust me, tasty! Www@Answer-Health@Com

besides being good for you, veggies are tasty!!
if you dont like the taste of raw veggies, try steaming them with some salt!.

The good old asian stir fry is always my fav way to eat veggies!.

Second, just try some recipes from Foodtv!.com or something!. Or put veggies on pizza or eat them with cheese or pasta!. Try a cookbook!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I Love spinach and broccoli the question is how can you not!? take some vitamins or ask you're mom to put more spices in it!. Besides, you're young most kids you're age don't like the veggies!. Once you get older you seem to enjoy them a lot more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you dip the veggies in a low-fat dip they end up not being so bad!. You can also fry some with a little garlic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Raw veggies are the healthiest in most cases, although a few things, like tomatoes are better for you if cooked!. I've found that preparing them ahead so they are ready to eat when you are makes it easier!.
I peel a whole bag of carrots & keep them in a covered container in the fridge and find I eat a lot more of them that way!. Fortunately, I like the taste of many vegetables, but if you think of them as natural vitamins instead of food, it may
make them easier to swallow, and you may even acquire a taste for them eventually!.
Don't forget to drink plenty of water, which is also essential for healthy hair, among other things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are concerned about your health so these first suggestions might not be perfect: Lots of cheese on broccoli and lots of salad dressing on spinach!. It might be a way to start and then you could gradually cut back on the "toppings!." Frying vegetables always works too, but once again, unhealthy!.

A lot of times the preparation really makes a difference though!. Steamed broccoli with a little salt and pepper and some lemon is excellent if cooked properly!. Broccoli uncooked or overcooked is agreeably gross!.

Try making a stir-fry with a healthy sauce!. Put as many veggies in there as you can but cut them up smaller!. You won't get as much "veggie taste" with the sauce and smaller pieces!.

There are also so many veggies out there you should keep looking until you find some you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i really love veggies, you probably will too when your a little bit older!. But for now try this!. This may sound gross but I know lots of people who swear by it!. I saw on tv that Jerry Seinfeld's wife makes vegetable puree's and puts it in foods so who her kids will get their daily dose of veggies!. She says her kids don't even notice!. Blend any kind of vegetable in a food processor or blender, then mix it in your food!. For example when she makes breaded chicken she puts broccoli puree in the breading!. She even puts squash puree in home made oatmeal cookies making it a relativley healthful treat!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
