So, i've been on a quest to loose weight!. Today is my first day and I've heard the biggest meal of the day should be breakfast!.!. correct!? So today for breakfast I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich!. (two pieces of bread, 1 piece of cheese, 5 sausage, 2 eggs) some feast, huh!?
Anyways!.!. so that's all I've had which was around 10:15 am!. My question is!.!. now what!? What should I eat for lunch and dinner!?




What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everydayyyy!?

Well, first of all, if today is your first day then you have not been on a quest to lose weight!. You just started!.

Secondly, your problem is probably that for breakfast, you're eating stuff like a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich consisting of two pieces of bread, one piece of cheese, FIVE SAUSAGES, and TWO EGGS!.

That sounds like way too much breakfast to me!. From now on eat a small bowl of bran flakes or something!. That'll keep your digestive system working better!.

Do pushups and situps every day!.

For the rest of the day, eat raw vegetables or fruit for at least one meal, and just overall take smaller portions of everything!.

Always drink cold water instead of cola!. It actually burns calories because your body uses energy in order to heat the water to 98!.6 degrees!. But don't drink too much water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm!. Well, I've never heard that breakfast should be the "biggest" meal, although it is important to have breakfast when you wake up because it regulates your metabolism for the day in such a manner that it actually helps you lose weight!.

Eat what you want, but you have to monitor your portions so you're not eating too much!. You want a variety of things of course, but in such ratios as according to the official nutritional pyramid dealy!.

You should do a lifestyle change!. Eat healthy meals by adding fruits and/or vegetable to each meal and watch you portions!.

For lunch stick to lean meat like chicken breast, tuna, turkey or salad!. Leave your bigger meal for dinner so you stay full throughout the night but make healthy choices and try to have dinner before 8:00 pm,!. First of all, that was quite a breakfast! What kind of bread did you use!? I recommend the whole wheat variety!. The whole grains will keep you full for longer and it is healthier for your system!.

Secondly, for lunch and dinner make sure you have some lean protein (grilled chicken, fish) with a serving of vegetables!. Snack on small portions of fruits and healthy snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism up!. And never underestimate water! Have at least 8 glasses per day!. u should not eat a fy up in the morning u eat too much you wil lnot lose weight what u should in the morning 2 boiled egs cereal 1 piece of buttered toast and thats low fat butter and a glass of coffee and low fat skimmed milk you should do cardio 1 hour everyday Www@Answer-Health@Com
