Answers:
Good routine and you definitely want a day off to rest!

Tracking your intake and exercise will help your weight loss!. I joined a site called sparkpeople!.com and have lost 5 pounds in a week and a half!.

The normal calculation for losing a pound is dependent on your BMR, calorie intake, and calories burned!. Your BMR is what you would burn doing absolutely nothing!.!.http://www!.nbc!.com/The_Biggest_Loser/exc!.!.!.

Take that number and multiply by 7
Add your calories burned in a week
Take the total and subtract your weekly calorie intake
If the difference is greater than 3500, then you will lose a pound!. 3500 calories equals 1 pound!

Good luck with your weight loss goals!Www@Answer-Health@Com
