Question: What are some good ways for a teenage girl to loose weight!?

1)the first and fore most thing is not to skip ur breakfast

2)drink los of water

3)do skipping and jogging or any other work out, and even dancing

4)eat less , and eat for every 3 hours about 4 to 5 times a day

5)but eat for ur strength as u do work out

6) eat egg whites and not the egg yolk

7)dont over work for the first one week
be comfortable so as not to get pains and then when u get confidence then u can increase ur work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 16 and lost 45 pounds by eating 1000 calories a day drinking lots of water and at leats 30 mins of walking/running a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
