Question: I dont have the time!?
i don't have time to exercise in the morning!. the only time i really have to exercise is before i go to bed!. Is it bad to exercise before i go to bed!? I've always heard it is!? i need help please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its bad to exercise before you go to bed!. I think it has to do with building up energy to spend but you put it all to sleep or something!. As for me I do exercise before I go to bed!. Sometimes i sleep sometimes i dont!. I think if you want to exercise before you go to bed make sure you work yourself to death that way you feel exausted when you go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You will probably stay up later than usual, of course you might even just collapse on your bed!. It's only unhealthy for you in the fact that you'll be getting less sleep, other than that it's totally fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
any exercise revs you up and it could give you a buzz that keeps you awake, there is no actual physical reason not to do it if it suits you!. apart from this adrenalin rush effect!. t cWww@Answer-Health@Com
