Question: I recently started exercising because I had a baby!?
and I joined the gym!. I pretty much use the same machines daily, but I do it in different orders everyday!. I know you're supposed to change the routine up for results!. Is doing the same workout in a different order everyday considered "changing my routine"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is my understanding, however I dont follow it!. Change your cardio every couple days!. So if you are on the tread mill Monday and Tuesday!. Go on the Elliptical wednesday and Thursday!. Friday use the bike!. As far as weight training goes, you are supposed to work your arms one day, legs one day and core one day!.!.!.I do all everyday!.!.!.I guess it all depends on how fit you are and how much you are lifting, ect!. not really!. You are still doing the same amount of work, and plus you dont have to change your routine every single day!. Once every 3 weeks is fine?Www@Answer-Health@Com
