Kayla,

Instead of sticking with working out your muscles every day, it would be a great idea to workout on a different type of schedule, called a, "training split!." That way, you can still go to the gym 5 times a week, but not workout every muscle every day!.

When you work out every muscle everyday, it's called overtraining, and you'll never see solid results!. Your body will be too stressed, all of the time, for improvement!. Try splitting up your workouts into different body parts, like chest on one day, arms, legs, back, abs, etc!. Also, I left a very solid fitness site that should help you out in the source area!. It'd be a good idea to check it out to get more tips on a training split, and exactly how to set one up!.

Take care and I wish you the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no don't do that!. allow your muscles to rest otherwise they will not grow (might even shrink O!.O)
here's what I do:
monday - biceps/shoulders/back
tuesday - rest
wednesday - triceps/chest/abs
thursday- rest
friday - quads/calves

rinse and repeat

don't spend more than 1 hour in the gym otherwise you'd be over-training!. and remember to get some protein and water before and after your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cross-training
