How can I eat junk food and still be healthy?!


Question: How can I eat junk food and still be healthy!?
I like eating junk food but I don't want to have my arteries clogged!. What can I do!? I wanna have junk food but I don't wanna clog my arteries!. I mostly eat junk food every 1-3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can have a little bit of junk food in your system since fat is part of the nutritional food groups!.

you dont have to cut out junk food, just eat more veggies and fruits!.!.be sure to get in some grains!. you can eat a small bag of sunchips since they contain both fat and grains in them!.!.so thats good!. but eat in small portions!. say less than 100 calories a day for fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not fat, but I do excerise 3 times a week!.!.

sorry but you cant do both!. you can eat junk food but it WILL clog your arteries which CAN lead to a blockage which wil cause a heart attack!.
junk food isnt called so because it sounds good!
